Community Services

One of the key ways that we help families in our other programs and in the rest of the community is through our Community Services Program. Our two outreach specialists are certified Community Health Workers (CHW) but help families with any needs they have making their progress toward their personal goals more difficult. We specifically work with our collaborative partners to create pathways to make sure our Latino immigrant neighbors are getting a warm welcome in a culturally sensitive environment wherever we refer them. We make referrals for health and dental resources, vaccines, rent and utility assistance, legal assistance, and housing, as well as assist with school enrollment among other supports.
